Harbor Lane is operated by David Mustafa. When you place an order here, you are buying from Harbor Lane—not from the official J.McLaughlin website. Harbor Lane handles your payment, order support, exchanges, replacements and any eligible refunds.

Harbor Lane is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by J.McLaughlin. Brand and product names identify the merchandise we resell; they do not imply an official partnership.

Here’s how your order works

Choose your styles and sizes, then pay securely through Stripe. You can check out as a guest. After payment, Harbor Lane purchases your selected items from J.McLaughlin using the delivery details supplied at checkout. Merchandise normally ships directly from the retailer to you, and we email you as your order moves along.

Retailer availability can change before fulfillment. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we refund that item to your original payment method. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages. Read our shipping policy.

Lower prices, with support when you need it

Our exchange-first policy helps us keep prices low. We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached, and cover shipping both ways. We do not accept routine change-of-mind returns for a refund.

Missing, damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost. If we cannot arrange an exchange or replacement, we refund the affected item. This is Harbor Lane’s own customer-support promise, not a third-party certification or an unrestricted money-back guarantee. Read the full exchange and replacement policy.

Make it your own

A free username-and-password account lets you save favorites, keep track of purchases made while signed in, and send and receive offers for an item or bundle. Email is optional for account creation; checkout requires email for receipts and tracking.

For sizing, order questions, cancellations, exchanges or delivery problems, email harborlanejmc@proton.me. Include your Harbor Lane order number when asking about a purchase. Please contact us before mailing an item back; we provide the appropriate prepaid label and instructions for approved exchanges or replacements.

Signed-in customers can also open live chat when it is available. If we cannot connect right away, leave a message and we’ll reply in your account. Guest customers can always contact us by email without creating an account.

Secure payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Harbor Lane does not store your full card number. The shipping charge, any coupon discount and applicable tax are shown before you complete payment.
